Within the Americas, WEC’s emphasis is on mobilizing and recruiting new workers, and on church planting amongst indigenous peoples.

We operate in three major languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese) and among 15 different ethnic groups, mostly in Brazil and Mexico.

WEC USA exists to recruit, prepare, send and care for missionaries; also to mobilize USA Christians for mission in culturally relevant ways through church nurture, prayer and providing missions resources.

A part of WEC USA is WEC Latino, which serves the Spanish speaking population in the Americas (except for those living in Mexico). Our focus is, in collaboration with Hispanic churches, to recruit, equip, send and care for Latino workers going to the Unreached People groups of the earth. It also plants missions’ seeds in the heart of the Latino churches and their pastors.
